‘effeminate’

When you refer to a man as being effeminate, what you mean is that he is unmanly. In other words,
an effeminate person behaves, looks, and sounds like a woman rather than a man. The word is normally used with men. It is used to show disapproval.
Examples: The students made fun of the principal’s effeminate walk. * Tarun’s effeminate
manner raised eyebrows among the members of the club.
