This free online exercise/practice test on English adjectives if helpful for all all type of English competitive exams and for self improvement.
Adjective is a word which gives us more information about the noun used. As the name specifies it adds something to the noun.
There are different types of adjectives. Some of them are
1.Adjective of quality ( tells us the quality of the thing or person described) Examples: Intelligent girl, difficult answer.
2.Adjective of quantity ( tells the quantity of the thing used) Examples: little sugar, many people. 3.Adjective of number ( tells how many) Example: five fingers, all people.
4.Interrogative adjectives ( used to ask questions) Examples: which school ? whose bag ? 5.Demonstrative adjectives ( used to identify or indicate something or somebody ) Examples: Those pencils, Such mistakes.
