The single most science of life whose treatment yields only side benefits, not side effects. Ayurveda. The greatness of Ayurveda, (an Upaveda of the Atharva Veda) is not unknown. Ayurveda, as we all may be knowing, is a healing science. Ayurveda states that when a diet is improper, there is no use of medicine. And when a diet is proper, there is no need for medicine. The invaluable contributions that Ayurveda has made over the centuries give it the term “Mother Of All Healing”. The exact author of the Ayurveda is unclear. A lot of people give the credit to Shri Dhanvantari, who is considered the physician of the gods/ god of medicine, while others hold the famous Ayurveda Physician Charaka responsible for the creation of the Ayurveda.
Ayurveda is held in high regard because it is a great replacement for regular medicine, the type of medicine that makes you completely dependent on it.
