She was born with beautiful eyes and the prettiest look
On a blissful Friday evening.
I was enthralled to see her
My dream had come true…

Time flew; she grew to be a darling of mine
I know she is a bit naughty now
And that she would never stop chattering,
But I love her all the same.

Her smile reaches all the way till her cheeks.
She is delicate as a daisy, her gaze is smooth as silk.
She would mess up all my hard works,
But still she is close to my heart.

I enjoy celebrating with her,
Her fits of laughter makes every party fun.
She dances all the day
Jumping and cartwheeling in the air.

She whiles away the evening
Playing with her cute stuffies
And at night she cuddles me tightly by her own
My little sister, my chatterbox!

It is a bright morning !!!
There are hardly any people on the street.
Hours are rolling and the clock struck five !!
People are rushing here and there…
Look at the dismay in their eyes.
Do you know where they are going
Yes , they are going to their cages.
And out comes the animals locked in for ages.
Oh !! I heard something
Yes , that is the siren of the cops.
People are staring through the window.
A sparrow is resting on a cable line.
A cat is lazing around the street.
A flight of pigeons flying far away.
The trees are swaying in the breeze…
What a miracle, the streets are empty
And cars are few, that is CURFEW !!!

GRANDMA-Whenever one hears this word, some sweet moments are recalled. Grandmothers are really very sweet. That is why I have written a few lines about her.

People say angels are invisible
But hey ! I own one .
She is the most humble .
She is a piece of gem
Existing in many poems
She is my grandmother.
I love her more than anyone!
I love mum too
You would agree with that too!
But…grandma is the most precious,
Her love is celestial.
Soothing the sorrows of my life,
Her presence is essential
And most surprisingly ,
This love multiplies with an infinite exponential.

A day begins with happiness and blossom
But a day for a beggar is full of gloom and dark…
You may see people around us insulting beggars
Some of them make beggars their slaves.

You may have brightness on your path
But, beggars have darkness ..
You may have dark souls
But beggars have bright souls !

You may have some religion and casts
But beggars have kindness and love.
We all have hundreds of dreams…
But beggars have only one ,thus to fill their empty stomach!

A person who doesn’t respect a beggar
Means you are not respecting the test of God !!!

Every Drop Makes An Ocean

When in the garden I lay,

I saw a drop of water fall.

And then my mind racked itself,

From what do great oceans form?

Suddenly, I got an answer to that,

Yes, every drop makes an ocean.

At that moment I ran to the garden hose,

And closed its tap tight.

Just because a thought flashed into my mind,

Which is, if you save just a drop of water

You are saving the life of an ocean.

If you save the life of an ocean,

You are saving your own life.

Nature! ….. It has many secrets to unleash.

You never know what is lying underneath.

It was not brought into existence by its own.

Nor was it discovered by a smart phone.

It was made by the Almighty God.

He made it for us to live.

We also have something to give:

Adore it…..Bit by Bit.

So do not eradicate trees.

It is the home of animals.

It is the home bees.

Bees ….. that render honey.

In return they charge no money.

Services of nature are complimentary.

Just take care of this treasury.
