Last June, I went to India for my much awaited summer break. Earlier, my parents always discussed the possibility of visiting the Hill palace, the famous archaeological museum in India, but somehow it never worked out even though the place is near to our home in India. I always wanted to visit there because I  heard a lot about Hill palace from my parents who had visited there earlier. One day, my uncle promised me to take all of us for a trip. And finally he said we are going to visit the Hill Palace the next day. I was thrilled to hear that. Next day I woke up early morning and took my breakfast without any pressure from my mother . I know that we are heading towards an amazing trip.

Hill palace is an archaeological museum located in Ernakulum, Kerala. We started our trip after breakfast from home and reached the place  after one hour journey. My mother, aunt and little brother was also with me.My father couldn’t join with us because he was in Kuwait. The first thing I saw was a giant statue of an elephant. We entered the palace. We saw many things like royal chariots, diamond rings and many ornaments of royal family. I was very excited to see the royal throne which was given by Portugal King Emmanual. Later,we visited deer park. We saw many deer there and one reindeer with long hornes .My brother was very excited to see them. I and my brother gave leaves to deer. After that we went to children’s park. There were many rides in the park and we played there for some time. After that we took our lunch and then we went for a shopping. My mother bought some dresses for us .Later in the evening, we drove back home.It was a wonderful trip and we enjoyed a lot.
