I am glad that I got an opportunity to read your book titled “Live within your Boundaries” the other day. I believe you wrote it while you were in Bangalore during the lockdown. The book can be a ray of hope to many readers. During the lockdown period, I used to become restless and impatient from time to time. However, after reading your book, I became more aware of the importance of adaptability. I started to accept things which cannot be changed with equanimity.
